Creative marketing communications firm Bozell today announced it is expanding its public relations division and adding to the workforce in its creative and media divisions. Bozell specializes in advertising, digital marketing, social media, public relations and technology solutions for clients including First National Bank, Borsheims, College World Series, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, Right at Home and Catholic Charities.

With a 90-year tradition in public relations for clients around the world, Bozell named Andrea Groom, M.S., APR as its manager of public relations. The firm plans to expand the division with enhanced service offerings, cultivation of new business, and streamlined efficiencies and best practices. Groom has nearly 15 years of agency, corporate and nonprofit experience and was formerly a senior consultant with Michigan-based public relations firm Wondergem Consulting. She is accredited in public relations (APR), earned her master’s degree in communication from Grand Valley State University, and is a past board member for Public Relations Society of America’s West Michigan Chapter and Interchange Society of Communication Professionals.

Bozell also named Ryan Dillon as associate creative director/art director responsible for visual story telling and direction. Dillon brings 12 years of experience working with national brands such as Disney, McDonalds, and Kellogg’s, and previously held positions at Bailey Lauerman, Swanson Russell and Leo Burnett. He is a graduate of Minneapolis’ Brainco School of Advertising, Design & Interactive Studies.

Bruce Hartford III joins Bozell as senior art director responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding upon client brands. Hartford previously served as associate art director for Swanson Russell and graphic design instructor at Vatterott College. He earned his degree at University of Nebraska at Omaha and studied at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

Jenna Sabarini joins Bozell as media coordinator, and will assist with media planning and buying including flowchart monitoring, scheduling and invoicing. Sabarini previously served as ad production coordinator for Ivie & Associates. She earned her degree from Metropolitan Community College.
