Creative marketing communications firm Bozell today announced the promotions Michelle Rierson to partner in charge of small business and Jen Toland to senior project manager.

Bozell specializes in advertising, digital marketing, social media, public relations and technology solutions for clients including First National Bank, Mutual of Omaha, College World Series of Omaha, Inc., Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, Right at Home and Catholic Charities.

As partner in charge of small business, Rierson is growing the agency’s small business division, which provides cost-efficient and effective marketing options for small businesses. She joined Bozell in 2011 and has more than 16 years of experience in web design and development, digital production and marketing. Rierson earned her bachelor’s degree in studio art from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

As senior project manager, Toland helps to design and streamline agency processes to increase efficiencies and improve overall operations. She joined Bozell in 2006 and works with clients including First National Bank, Nebraska Wesleyan University, Lauritzen Gardens and the Literacy Center. Toland earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
