SIOUX CITY, IA

We had a good music scene at one time, so this is where I discovered my love for music.

I was a backup dancer at a Flaming Lips concert for one night. You may not recognize me, as I was wearing full alien garb, but it was magical.

I worked at Chick-fil-A when I was 16, and it was the best job ever. Free meal every four hours you work? Sign me up!

MORNINGSIDE COLLEGE

I knew working at an agency was exactly what I wanted to do while I was getting my degree. I’m so thankful that I found a career in advertising, as not everyone is so lucky.

LONDON, UK

I used to have to travel a ton for work, and it gave me my sense of adventure because every place is a new experience and culture. I especially love London. Everyone seems much calmer; there are so many great pubs and almost all of the museums are free.

While back home in the states, I used that inspiration to hone my skills at a local agency. I worked my way up from assistant account manager to account manager and learned the business – and to like beer.

If I’m being honest, travel is my inspiration for having a job because I need to pay for all my trips.

RHEA + KAISER – ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
When I moved to an agency in Chicago, I had a boss who was intelligent way beyond her years – she was actually slightly younger than me. She taught me the importance of storytelling in everything we do.

Making an emotional connection with a brand’s audience has the power to grow a business like no other, so I now encourage each of my clients to be storytellers, too.

BOZELL – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

I’m a planner by nature, so I try not to be a reactionary thinker. I prefer to dive into the details and put together smart thinking. While it takes more time, I think it’s always worth it. My past experience taught me the importance of balancing this killer strategic thinking with amazing creative work – both equally important – and I’m excited to help Bozell’s clients solve problems with a similar approach.

Words to live by: No one died. Settle down.
