Due to the implementation of the Affordable Healthcare Act, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska needed to update their consumer website experience to better promote the new plans offered. Therefore much of the site’s focus needed to change from current to prospective customers. This was done by bringing greater attention to the Blue Store and information regarding government subsidies for individuals and families. This new execution greatly simplified the customer experience, and provided them with quick access to timely
and relevant information as the healthcare enrollment cut off date approached.
